RETURNS POLICY

Here at Becky's Bootique we want you to love your purchase, that's why, if you're not entirely happy with your goods, we will happily exchange or refund your items if returned to us within 14 days of receipt in original, unworn condition. We can not accept back or refund items that have had the tags removed, been worn or altered in anyway.

Goods returned in compliance to the above requirements will be refunded back to the purchaser via their original method of payment on the day of receipt of the items back to Becky's Bootique HQ.

Returns should be sent back to the following address along with the completed returns form that will accompany your order:

We also recommend that any items being returned to us are sent via recorded mail. We cannot accept responsibility of goods lost or damaged in the post. Please note that return postage will not be refunded, unless the item returned is sent back as, and then approved at HQ as, faulty.
